Philosophy
Our philosophy is that we are renting the flat only via direct contact. We do not support any of the common booking portals what just grab your data and our common money.
If you would like to post a booking, just check our calendar and send us a gentle E-Mail.
So, we would let you know via E-Mail or phone if the booking is really possible for you in that timeframe and give you needed confirmations.
Renting the flat for us is just a sympathetic hobby. We had travelled through the world in the past and we do have seen lots of nice personal hosted holiday flats in the world and what would not look for a common hotel or pension but seeking for something special.
If you would have questions about how to waste free time, where to find what in the region, how to find a cool restaurant – just ask us. We got lots of good hints in the past from other hosts in the world and now we would like to feedback our own tips for the region.
Listed below you’ll find the overview of the current booking state. Due to bookings in progress that might not be the final status – and we always transact bookings by chronological sequence in our mailbox.

Pricelist
2 nights so would be the minimum stay.
All prices are based for 1 person including final clean up:
2 nights: 90€ / night
3 to 5 nights: 85€ / night
6-14 nights: 80€ / night
More than 14 day’s – just keep in touch.
Additional persons are charged with 20 € / Person / night for extra towels & bed sheets/ cleaning.
We might allow long term rentals – in case of any demand just keep in touch.
